So it basically keeps the image or other linked content off of the front/friends pages, requiring direct viewing. Theoretical bandwidth saver, etc.

Actually...

... it's one of my characters cosplaying as WHR, and said character has pink hair. I did it as "payment" of sorts to my webhost awhile back.

Heh. Yes, that's my work- from August of 2003, shortly after I watched WHR fansubbed.

I'm not overly concerned with context or bandwidth, honestly- it's nice to actually get noticed, even if it's for cosplay "fanart". :-)

Yikes. Imagine if Robin had been designed like that in the series. Whole show would have taken on an entirely different tone...but at least then maybe she and Amon would have made better progress.

With her dark skin, glasses, and those clothes - not to mention the enhanced chest - she reminds of Integra from Hellsing. Which is all right, I suppose. Integra seems like the sort who could set people on fire with her mind and not flutter an eyelash about it...
